Our goal is to provide complete satisfaction with each and every purchase from D & R Saw and Tool. If, for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase in the original packaging with your original sales receipt within 60 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. All items must be returned in good condition and are subject to inspection upon return.
Special Orders
Special item orders, non-stock items, cannot be cancelled without approval. Our terms are based upon the terms received from the manufacturer. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates on special orders. All returns for special orders are subject to a restocking fee as determined by the manufacturer. Freight will not be refunded, unless the product was damaged during delivery or the wrong product was shipped.
Custom Tooling
Custom tooling can be cancelled, but there will be a cancellation charge based on the status of the order at the time of cancellation.
Defective Returns
Items returned defective, after the manufacturers exchange period, must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. The item will be sent directly to the manufacturer for inspection. The manufacturer will determine the amount of refund or exchange on the item. D & R Saw and Tool cannot guarantee date of manufacturer response.
